The idea
That I want a relationship
Is an illusion
It's definitely an illusion
that's strong.
If I didn't know my own
writing or how
I like to be by myself
I might believe I was ready for
A relationship
But for now, I can look
and turn down each one.
I kept thinking someone
Would come along and change
All of that
But I don't think that's true.
